Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction Retreats are offered four months out of the year (March, April, May, & September). These retreats focus on burnout for pastors, for all people, and around personal discernment.

Spiritual Direction is available for individuals and for groups and is delivered online. Groups have no more than four people plus the facilitator. Ideally, directs have attended one retreat prior to beginning group direction. Generally, the cost is $100/month for one hour/month. The first session is free for director and directee to get acquainted and discern the Spirit's movement between us.
Life & Leadership Coaching
Life Coaching does not involve the spiritual aspect of communication. Rather, it is focused on future goals and next right steps. Individual appointments are available at $150/hour once a month. Coachees are asked to sign on for a minimum of three months in addition to the initial free acquaintance section.

Leadership Coaching is available to leaders who are seeking to lead from a spiritual, contemplative stance. Individual sessions are available at $250/hour for once/month sessions with a minimum of three months plus a free initial acquaintance session. Group sessions and retreats forthcoming in the future.
Public Speaking
